Strategy Manual for The Luxury Closet

This two-part strategy manual was designed to identify growth opportunities for The Luxury Closet by integrating design-driven innovation and effective management strategies. Part A: Design-Led Innovation focuses on conducting in-depth research about the brand, exploring its standards, intellectual property (IP), and design philosophy, while also presenting innovative ideas to enhance its offerings. 

 

Part B: Innovation Management delves into incorporating design-led innovation into the brand’s system, refining the IP and standards of the proposed ideas, managing risks, prototyping, and outlining strategies for seamless implementation. Together, these sections provide a comprehensive roadmap for sustainable growth.
